[TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT REVISION] Construction Services for the Development of the Borobudur Study Center Phase II

TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT REVISION

PT Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko Temple Tourism Park (Persero) inviting service providers to participate in the TENDER with the following activity packages:

  1. Work Packages
Project name : Construction Services (Design and Build) Development of Borobudur Study Center Phase II
Project Location : Borobudur Manohara Unit
Budget Ceiling : Rp. 16.948.000.000,00 (sixteen billion nine hundred and forty eight million rupiah), including applicable taxes.
Project Delivery System : “Design & Build (conditional)” or “Develop and Construct"

 

  1. Requirements

This procurement package is open to registered providers on Master Vendor PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and meets the following requirements:

a) Have the resources to do it design development and Construction simultaneously in the next tender.

Specifically for design activities, this can be done in the following ways:

  • Design independently (in-house design) in full for service providers who have an Integrated Construction Business Classification
  • Design in collaboration with Individual Consultants or Planning Consultants

b) Have a minimum qualification of M2 Construction Services for Building Construction

c) Able to complete construction work with the system develop & construct. Owner of has provided planning documents in the form of Work Reference Framework (KAK), Basic Design (consisting of Floor Plan, Elevation, Siteplan, Section, 3D perspective), and Technical Specifications. Service Providers are requested to detail the drawings Basic Design and develop it into Detailed Engineering Drawing and carry out construction based on the DED that has been submitted and received approval from Owner.

 

 

  1. Registration and Document Retrieval

For companies that NOT YET Having an ID can register with the Electronic Procurement System of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the website http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/and confirm with Mr. Diqyan Abe (085747252756).

Registration is done by sending a Statement of Interest and Integrity Pact to email projek.bsc@borobudurpark.co.id with the format as attached no later than the date 14 February 2020 o'clock at 16.00 and confirm with Mr. Diqyan Abe (085747252756) to get Password which can be used for mendownload tender documents.

Document retrieval is done by means ofdownload via the link listed below with Password which has been sent to the company that has provided a Letter of Expression of Interest.
